Insurance Water Damage Restoration – Hardwood Flooring

This project involved restoring a home after a dishwasher leak caused water damage to the hardwood flooring. Although the affected area was relatively small, replacing only a section of the floor would have resulted in noticeable color and grain differences.
After working closely with the insurance company and providing the necessary documentation, approval was granted to replace the hardwood flooring throughout the affected areas, ensuring a seamless and consistent finish.
The original insurance claim also included replacing the flooring in the laundry room. However, after discussing the available options with the homeowners, they decided to install tile in the laundry room instead of hardwood. This upgrade was completed without increasing the insurance budget, allowing them to achieve a more practical flooring solution while staying within the approved claim amount.
From removing the damaged flooring to preparing the concrete substrate and installing the new hardwood, every phase of the project was completed with attention to detail and craftsmanship. Our goal was not only to restore the home but to leave it looking as if the damage had never happened.
