Insurance Water Damage Restoration – Hardwood Flooring

This project began after a dishwasher leak caused water damage to the hardwood flooring. During the mitigation process, only a small 3' x 3' section of the floor had to be removed. However, based on our recommendations and proper documentation, the insurance company approved replacing the entire hardwood floor to ensure a consistent appearance throughout the home.
Our team managed every step of the project, from demolition and concrete preparation to the complete hardwood floor installation and finishing details. We take pride in delivering quality workmanship while keeping the homeowner informed throughout the entire process.
This has been one of my favorite projects to manage. Being involved from the initial demolition all the way through the final installation made it especially rewarding. The homeowner was extremely pleased with the final result, and it remains one of the projects I'm most proud to include in my portfolio.
